After a very long journey of trying Las Vegas Indian food and ghastly fusions I finally found a gem. The nan is made fresh to order and the papadam is never burnt. Ugh I hate burnt papadam. If you go for dinner, bring a friend and order the sampler. The tea is such a treat and the variety is amazing. My favorites are palek paneer and the little veggie fritters. I put curry sauce on the and eat them with rice. The buffet is good, but just never as fresh as when the food is made to order at dinner time. The service has always been exceptional, and if you are a repeat customer they will remember you. I absolutely love the food and the people. Thanks Mt Everest!
