  • From Dr Matthew HC Otten Visit:8/14/2017 Incredible Customer Service!!! Wow, the staff including Ernesto and Freddie were truly amazing. They saved me about $1,000. Ernesto worked with me directly, detailing every step of the fix to an electrical problem on my main AC unit. They cut the wires, added the male/female connections and spent 45 min with me. I was quoted about 1000-1200 for a motor repair and with their help I did the job under $300. I cant give high enough praise; customer service was impeccable, time with their clients was unmatched and return policy was excellent in the realistic case I failed miserably. That being said, I was able to fix the problem with 99.9% thanks to their help. Absolutely worth the extra time driving down to have them help. Bring Pics or video on your phone!
