  • This Dr. was part of our insurance plan. Exam was supposed to be free. He charged 35.00 diagnosing dry eyes. We live in a desert so this is very common. He,also,charged our medical ins. for the same thing. This seems like fraud.exam done by asst very cursory. Would not recommend.
