  • I started taking my van here when the previous manager was in charge. LOVED that guy! Stuff was done right, in time. Fast forward to new manager... they installed a bad part, if they even did it at all or just charged me. I go back and they tell me they will fix it. I made am appointment because I am a busy single working mom. Woke up early on my day off to make an 8am appointment. They told me an hour and a half. 11am I called for update. They had just started. 1pm I called for update, they say another hour! I have other plans for this afternoon with other people that are waiting on me. Where did the old manager go? Need to find him and go to where ever his shop is now!
