  • I have been working with Integrity since 2004 when they were Alpine. They installed the units in my house when it was built and I have used them since for all service and maintenance on my heating and AC units. I have never had an issue with response or timeliness. I have never once felt like I was getting "upsold" on unnecessary work. The technicians are always polite and don't hesitate to talk to me like an equal (no "dumb woman mansplaining"). I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future. Not sure why the bad reviews here as I have nothing but good experiences.
