Now I know why this chain of stores will be out of business very soon! Poor customer service in a totally empty store at 1:00 on a Wednesday afternoon.
I waited for almost 15 minutes for someone to come and assist me in the Car Electronics Department today, after asking several other "associates or team members" for help! Then finally, when someone did come over, they had absolutely no idea about the product I was asking about or even how their installation services work. Beyond frustrating. I was there to spend several hundred dollars and no one cared even a little.
As bad as that was, I approached the Store Manager who was condescending and really could not have cared a bit, if I was happy with my shopping experience. Nor did he offer to assist himself I guess I was interrupting him while he was playing on his cell phone, casually talking to his employees at the security podium at the entrance of the store!!
Shame on you BEST BUY!! Amazon.com will once again get my continued business!
