  • Horrible!! Total waste of money. Only giving 1 star because you can't give 0. Told me they did lots of Saltillo tile but could not be true. All they did was use machine to go over tile. You could even seen in corners where machine couldn't get into. We had never had old Saltillo tile so didn't know what it could look like. Called in Bruce from Tomson flooring and he never said anything bad about them but that he could do better. And boy could he!!! We learned it takes a lot of hard work, on your hand and knees scrubbing each tile like Bruce did. Look at the difference in the pictures We calledcomplain but michael answered who was the one cleaned our floors. He said owner was out of town and we left message that we were unhappy and wanted owner to call. No call at least a month later. We wasted 1600 using epic. Bruce was more expensive but well he should be. Do not use this company for Saltillo tile. They have NO idea how to clean, strip and seal it. What's worse, if they do then they are consciously ripping people off.
