  • I have lived here since 2014 and I don't plan on moving anytime soon! The office staff is super friendly and accommodating. The leasing office manager's name is Eleana and I love her!!! She's so nice and always has fun activities planned on holidays for the residents. They currently have a weight loss challenge going on which is completely free to participate, you get to meet other people that live at Granite Bay(and support each other), & you can win big $$$ off your rent if you lose the most weight! I think this is a great complex. It may not be the fanciest, but they've done a lot of renovations and upgrades in the community. Prices are the most competitive I've found. There is also a playground and basketball court for the kids to enjoy. I highly recommend checking out Granite Bay!! **Note** As for the scorpions, there has only been ONE in my apartment in the almost 2 years I have lived here. The office staff also let you know when you sign your lease that there is a chance you'll encounter scorpions, as the complex is near mountain areas.
