  • I moved here from NY and found this place. I had called them ahead of time, even before I moved here from NY because I had some issues with my car and the dealership I purchased my car from did not know much about BMWs. I got someone on the phone who helped set up an appointment and also answered my questions and checked vehicle history on their server. It was very helpful but when I arrived here, it was even better. I met with Don, who is a very good customer care representative. He has helped me every time I needed anything done for the car, even with short notice. Over all it has been a wonderful experience working with these people.
