  • UPDATE: Got a call from the owner who was willing to issue a credit on the account if we give them another shot. He's very nice and did try to explain the issues and see if there was anything he could do to address my concerns. ------------------------- Third time renting. 1st time, things were dirty and sticky, told the owner and the 2nd time they were clean. 2nd time, didn't get the banner but was charged for it. It was only a couple bucks but it's principle not $. 3rd time, didn't get the bounce house I ordered and was never informed I would be getting a different one. They just showed up with the replacement one. At this point it wasn't worth saying anything, I just won't rent from them again. Price is great and they are on time but the rest of the issues just aren't worth it.
