  • I walked in early morning and had a lady that said she had 20+ years of experience. I asked for a trim and to thin/layer my hair for my clip in extensions. She said ok with confidence and took me to a chair and started. She trimmed my hair and I had to remind her that my hair needed to be thinned and cut for my extensions. She had no idea what she was doing. She just starts thinning my hair until it looks like a frizzy mess. Than I put my extensions in and show her that it's not right and she tells me that she has never done this in all her years of experience and calls another lady over for help. At this point I told her not to worry about my bangs because I would do them at home since I didn't want her to mess those up either and surprisingly she let me. Something is amiss if you have that much experience and the only thing you know how to do is trim. Never going to this location again if this is what their more experienced stylist is like.
