  • DO NOT use this location as a GNC Store. It is NOT a factory store, it is a franchise. That's why their customer service SUCKS! We purchased vitamins for my girlfriend at a different location, however this one was close to where we live. The vitamins gave her hives she had an allergic reaction to it. Upon coming to the store she told the person working that she didn't have the receipt but we have a Gold Membership to look it up. The guy said he couldn't do that and chose every single reason and lie to not do the return. Come to find out after going back to the store we bought it from on Blue Diamond, which by the way IS an actual corporate GNC, they were very accommodating and said they, and any other store can find the receipt and kindly did a return. I hope this store goes under from poor management by employing someone so rude, and basically a piece of s***!
