  • Update: my concern was addressed by management, so an issue I had with a particular employee appears to be resolved. Overall, this place has great food and service and l plan to be back. -------------------- I hate to give this place 2 stars but... My last experience deserves zero stars; overall I've had a good experience here (previously). Let me preface by saying normally I get excellent service here. ---- We arrived and waited over 10 mins to be acknowledged. Our server was a short haired blonde (our ticket says Kitten?). She advised she was very busy. After 15 mins of being seated we finally received water. She took and served our drink order before telling us nearly 2/3 of the menu wasn't avail because of St Paddies day. At this point I have a 20oz beer in front of me so obviously we aren't going to leave. She should've led with that. -- The food was good but couldn't order our favorites because of the pasty shortage. Do not get me wrong; this poor rating is based on solely the service, not the food shortage. My wife and I both ran out of waters and waited 15 mins before getting a refill from a bar back. I ran out of beer and had to wait 10 mins before flagging down someone to order another. With such a huge markup on alcohol, I've never had the experience of having to ask for another beer at a restaurant. -- Anyway, observed another table very annoyed by being abandoned by same server, overall very poor service. Saw a lot of goofing off from my server after she says she's slammed. Will I be back? Sure, because of prior positive experiences. However, if she walks up to our table, I will leave promptly.
