  • This is one of the most unprofessional fitness facilities I have ever been associated with. After having been a member for years, I was put on medical leave due to extreme circumstances. I spoke with the manager and was reassured that my membership was on hold without any problem. I was never asked to sign any papers even after going to the studio. For the past three months, OTF has been charging my credit card with unauthorized charges. I have tried to contact the studio, the owner, and the regional manager without any help. When I finally went to the studio to cancel my membership today, the manager denied everything he originally told me when I contacted him in November. Unbelievable! He said they were merely employees and I should deal with the owner! Well, that's a bit difficult when the owner won't contact you...there are many other OTF locations in the valley...I highly recommend joining any other than this location...
