If i could give it 2.5 stars I would. I come here a couple times a month and its very hit or miss. Its a place where at 10pm on a weekend is so packed its uncomfortable but is completely empty by midnight. At night its mostly people in their 20s and 30s with a trendy/ hipster vibe.
They have a about 40 beers ( all craft) on tap and a selection of bottles and screens that show you whats on tap.
I would say their signature drinks are smoked whiskeys. They are cool to watch being made but its basically JD with some fruit and smoke on ice for $12 so nothing special
In the summer this place gets hot, unless you are lucky enough to be sitting by the huge windows that open onto the sidewalk you will be sweating.
Happy hour is really good here all their beers end up being $3-4 as opposed to $5+. Food is bar food nothing more nothing less
The biggest inconsistency is the staff some are super nice and attentive and some just should not be bartenders. You would think that if u were living off of peoples tips you would try to be friendly as much as possible, but apparently not. Some of the bartenders ( the ones that i have been seeing there for years) are flat out rude. So much so that if they are working i will not go to their section for a drink.
I come back here from time to time, but if the staff was better i would come more often
