  • I was turned away the last two times I went for threading because they were too busy. I was able to go to them once for threading and overall quality and price is good, but service not so much. They can be rude when busy. They need to better manage higher volume of customers and not just turn them down. I've gone to other salons where they can successfully manage and multitask during peak times. Not happy with the overall service on this one.
