I tried to email the company directly and the email on the website is not vaild.
I just wanted to give a little feedback on the experience I had at your salon.
I had an appointment Wednesday at 4:45. I left work early and got to your salon. I was told that the person who was suppose to
do my facial went home early with a sick child. The next appointment available was 5:15 and I had to wait 30 mins. I was never called, if I was I would not have left work early to get there. Then they ask me how to spell my last name, it was spelled wrong in the system which happens. But they didnt have my phone number to call me. Then I told them that I had a Spawish giftcard. I found this salon on that website. I had never heard of you before. Then I was told that you dont accept them... even though you were on the website. I stood there for a second.. and nothing. Bottom line was that you wont take it. No discount on the service just to keep my business or nothing. You were on the website, I was a little disappointed that something was not worked out.
I left and canceled my services. Later I received a call that some how you got added to the website and an apology. I was not impressed. Especially how my appointment was treated to begin with. I was not given much of a reason to come back. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and polite but how it was all handled was very disappointing.
