I paid almost $7000 for a brand-new unit from Yes air-conditioning about five years ago they never would come out to service it they wouldn't respond to more calls and about four years later the valve is no longer functioning and I had to have it changed & recharged I am using a different company to service it. it cost me another $1500 because Yes said No it's not under warranty because we haven't serviced it like we were supposed to. do not deal with these people do not buy a unit or even a service plan from them. Their warrantee is not worth the paper it was written on ! I wouldn't recommend Yes to my worst enemy (well maybe)
