Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was looking for something very specific and and asked the customer service person standing at the door greeting people. She kind of motioned toward the wall and told me to look there. Lol. Thanks a lot!
I searched and found the item for $50 and $60.... a whole lot more than I was thinking I had to spend. I tried to track down another sales person to ask if there were any cheaper versions. It took a few minutes since every other sales person was busy, but I eventually found a man and asked. He said I could try looking upstairs. Wowww thanks again for being so specific and helpful.
I went up the escalators myself to search for the item and found it. For $10!
Even the cashier was a little rude. I hardly ever shop at Best Buy, and I don't plan to again in the near future.
