  • They do good nails but the service is not so good. I was in the middle of getting a pedicure - probably 75% done - the staff person decided to go and service another client and said her colleague does better nails and had her colleague start filling in. There was no pre-warning of any sort of why this occurred - the staff person just lied and then went to the other client. When I was talking to my friend on the phone and I mentioned this bad service to my friend, all of a sudden, she came back and finished off my nails - no apology or anything. I'm not impressed - I've had many pedis and never have had this happen - this is just bad business.
