  • We have tried several Italian restaurants in Henderson and Las Vegas, and Ventano is clearly one of the best if not THE best. The atmosphere is cozy but spacious with an amazing view of the Strip. Service is impeccable every time. The food is always delicious, well presented, and delivered in a timely way. My favorite dish is the potato-wrapped salmon, which I always recommend to my guests, and they, too, flip over it -- perfectly cooked but still moist and flaky. Ventano also has special menus for holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas Day in addition to their regular fare. Go there and you can't go wrong!
