rev:text	I'm disappointed to have to write a one star review for a place that I had such high hopes for. I visited twice, once on a Friday - where I met a Salesman who talked about the options for a Honda Civic and HR-V. Although, I wasn't that impressed with his knowledge of the HR-V (Example: He didn't know if it could pull a small U-Haul trailer) I returned on Saturday with the intent of purchasing a new 2017 Honda. While I knew the Salesman that I was going to work with, I believe that when you go to purchase a car someone should seek you out. Maybe that is just me, but I don't feel as though I need to come ask you for assistance and give you $20,000 plus money! After walking the isle of Civics and HR-Vs at least four times, I noticed a family of four: Dad, Mom and two kids approaching. They were immediately greeted and assisted. At this point, I just stood in the middle of the Honda Civics, by the car I wanted and waited. I could see at the entrance there was a man standing there with nothing to do and mind you the Salesman that came to wait on the family didn't acknowledge my presence or ask if I needed help! Finally after being on the lot for some twenty minutes, I made my way to to the main entrance. While going in a third Salesman looked at me and turned around and walked away. When I confronted the Salesman who had been standing outside the door the entire time, he explained, "He hadn't seen me" walking around and proceeded to tell me how car sales work. Horrible service if you're a single person going solo to purchase a car. Needless to say, I didn't purchase a car here, but I did purchase a car.
