  • DAY #1: I started at this location first because one of my current employees has a boyfriend who's first name is Marquan that works at this location and is a new employee for the company. I spent the first day with Marquan looking at a few different SxS that would best fit me and my family's needs and going over the different features of benefits of each SxS. At that time I thought that I was interest in a different brand and wasn't 100% closed on which vehicle to purchase but was offered a deal on a Maverick but still needed to talk with the wife on which she would like. At this time a Manager by the name of JUSTIN ROBERTSON was involved in the deal and pushing hard to make something happen then even with me being unsure of what vehicle to purchase, I asked JUSTIN how pricing and negotiating worked in regard to these vehicle and said he would PRICE MATCH any numbers that I had received. This point I had then left the dealership and let them know I would be back within the next 2 days after getting more information and doing a little research of my own and discussing it with my wife. DAY #2: I came back to this location two days later after finally coming to a conclusion that I had wanted the Polaris RZR and that the one that I wanted exactly was in stock at this location. After waiting for at least an Hour for JUSTIN RICHARDSON to return with numbers on the desired unit he came out with a standard price menu which I'd imagine you show all customers and told him that I had done some online shopping and research and said I had received an Offer from another location for $20,500 Out the Door and said great let me get another pricing menu together, after about 30minutes of waiting again he finally came out with a pricing menu showing $1300 more then what was said I've been offered. Justin then goes on to say that is his bottom line price and that guys who have bought or buy multiples of the vehicle receive the same price. Being frustrated in his sales technique and making me feel as I was lying I called the other dealership (RideNow Goodyear) in front of him with them on speaker for everyone to hear and talked to the salesman that said the offer of the $20,500 was still a good offer on the table in which I stated I would see him within the hour, Justin then gave a half apology and said let me get that pricing for you which then took close to 45 min to receive to only come back with still $1000 more then the price and said well that's the deal. I stood up apologized to Marquan for having his time wasted and said I was leaving for being insulted, that was in which Justin gave a smartass remark. From this point I drove the 35 minutes over to the Goodyear location. He then called and complained to Goodyear for under cutting him on the deal and when I arrived their receieved the same crap. This company is horrible to deal with.
