  • The staff is always awesome, even when they are super busy and understaffed the staff always has a great attitude. Some days take longer then others but they do the best they can to get you through as quick as possible. This only thing I don't like are the donors that come in and do nothing but complain the whole time. If your a return donor expect to be here for about two hours if you are new it will be a little more. Bring a good book or some music and your had phones.
