  • This park is a great time for families and couples. I went here with my family today. We got a Gold Pass as well as a cabana. The rides were great and it was a great time, but the service of this water park was HORRIBLE. We were extremely frustrated by the service of the cabana attendant. I don't know who manages this place but our cabana attendant, Brad, was working 10 cabanas at once and we had to wait over and hour to place an order for lunch. It was another 40 minutes for the food, and then another hour just for our jug of water to be refilled. This VIP thing is NOT worth the money and neither is the cabana. Since we waited a total of 2 hours for our food Brad told us we wouldn't be charged for our $4 soda, but he was too busy to even follow through with that. I hope this park improves their service and hires more employees for the VIP soon.
