  • This is the worst place I've ever been to for service!!!! Let me tell you why...First of all getting your lips and eyebrows done together should be at least 3 hours. I was rushed in and out in an hour and a half. I was required to sign all these papers releasing them of ANY fiduciary responsibility should things go awry. I was informed that I would have to pay another $100 per treatment area for touch-ups. So $200 cash more out of my pocket. I interviewed and considered five other permanent makeup processionals who do the same services and they don't charge for touch-ups. Second, when I asked for my work to be finished or touched up I was asked to "go to our website and give us a good review first. Then we will touch you up for free". I explained that I only have about 5% color in my lips after 6 weeks and about 10% color in my eyebrows. They said I signed the paper saying they aren't responsible for how it turns out. In a later correspondence when I asked to schedule my touch up at no charge I was told "we never said your touch up is free". I researched this place prior to going and drove out of my way to get there and was basically lied to and misinformed. Any reputable place do their touch-ups for free. Also, when I asked for copies of my paperwork that I signed I was told that I would have to drive back to Phoenix to pick them up. I was told that it was impossible for them to email it or fax it to me since they were so busy. PLEASE stay clear of this place!!!! Beware! They don't stick by their word and are very unprofessional. The lady was constantly being interrupted and her music was way too loud as well. VERY disappointed because now I have to pay someone else to fix their botched job. I would be embarrassed to send people out the door treating them this way and not being willing to fix my work!
