  • *4.5 stars* My friend and I came to get the seasonal flavours (matcha genmaicha and lychee rosewater raspberry) and it did not disappoint! The flavours were all really pronounced and strong so you could definitely taste each of the distinct flavours in the ice cream. The texture of the ice cream is also really smooth and creamy unlike ice cream that you've had in the freezer for too long. We got it with the Hong Kong waffle and the waffle was freshly made so it was pretty hot when we got it. Personally, I don't like my ice cream to be too soft and melted, but the heat of the waffle will definitely melt the scoop of ice cream at the bottom (so that was my only complaint minus the long lineup.) The waffle itself has a really nice flavour. Would definitely return to try all the other flavours and get a different cone next time!
