  • I have been with cox for about 8 months now and they have been nothin but trouble. Their customer service is poor and they need more training on their customer care hotline representatives. The first month I got them they did not show up to the appointment and I had to rearrange my schedule and have another day set up. They did however credit our account for the inconvenience. Next we had a tech come out and apparently for the last 6 months we had the incorrect modem! They then were to credit our account again and forgot to take off my Autopay (rep issue). I spoke to a number of supervisors in the call center and I was to be processed a refund to my bank account. It has now been over 2 weeks and I am still trying to have my refund even requested for the 3rd time! In which if it is approved will take up to 30 days to receive! This has been the worst customer service j have received ever! And I would recommend if you even consider staying with them at least don't set up auto pay and check to make sure you are getting what you pay for. The worst part yet, is I know I did not loose service because the reps usually call back, but I believe the supervisor I was talking to once again just hung up on me, so I don't even know if my refund request was even sent again for the 3rd time!
