  • I am an extreme fan of teavana, however, I am not fond of my visit yesterday evening. The stff was extremely rude and did not want to sell me a fresh holiday tea as they needed to "Keep whatever they had left to put into the floor bags." Yet the bags on the floor were still stocked up and not doing well for sales. The employee also explained to me that she was unable to make any other drinks and that the only teas the store would be brewing are the 5 that are on samples. I also asked why the teavana at the Downtown summerlin location had brewed me the same tea only the day before and she replied, "They probably have a larger supply of the leaves, so you can just go there." Fashion show will be the last teavana I will go to. Definitely reccommend Town Square and Downtown Summerlins location!
