  • This was excellent customer service. I had a couple pieces of carpet binded last year. After a year the bindings started to come undone, or at least that's what I thought it was. I called and explained the issue. Vegas Carpet and Binding said they would absolutely fix the problem. When I brought the carpet in, they showed me that it wasn't actually the binding coming undone, but the carpet was separating. Regardless they fixed the carpet, redid the bindings all at no expense to me. Like I said in the beginning this was an example of excellent customer service from a very reputable and respectable company. Thank you.
