  • As some of the other reviewers stated, I too am surprised by the negative experiences posted here. Our dog has valley fever and has been on meds for a few months. We have never had any problems receiving our order on time; they recommend calling several days ahead, and so I do. Meds always come packed well, with lots of padding, explicit directions, and a free toy. I appreciate not having to go to the actual pharmacy...why someone would complain about not having this option, is beyond me. I highly recommend Roadrunner.
