  • The young lady that took our pictures was very nice. However, we had to wait an hour before our pictures were taken. Why make an appointment???? When you have an 18 month old...makes for a fussy child and terrible pictures. The manager seemed aggrevated that I paid with cash and I wanted a receipt! She definitely needs some people skills. They were short staffed. The person taking your pictures shouldn't have to go and answer the phone in the middle of a photo shoot (remember fussy 18 month old). We come to this location atleast 3-4 times a year...not sure we will be back. Need to find another place to go for pictures!!
