After reading all the great reviews, I chose New Look Collision Center although it was not on the list of recommended body shop from my insurance agent. My car got towed to the center on the 14th. I got a call from the center on 14th to let me know that they got my car. I was promised that I would be receiving calls with updates throughout the time my car is there. So far I received no phone call. I have been the one to call the center on the days that they said they would call me. Here we are little over 2 weeks later, my car is still not ready, and hoping for next week pickup. I am car-less, waited til the day I was promised to pick up my car, only to find out that it would be another week when I called them on the phone (again no one called me to inform of the delay). However, I have say that Derek has been great in explaining to me what is being done and what the plan is.

Got my car back 4 weeks later. The reason it took so long was that they had to reorder the parts as the after-market parts didn't fit right. Car looks shiny and like brand new. I am happy with their work. Manager Paul was courteous and cares of his customers. He came out to greet me and make sure that I was happy with their work. This is a very busy center. If you want your car fix right and don't mind the wait (or if your insurance policy pays for can rental), this is the place to go to.
