  • The staff are friendly but it's ridiculously operated. I went in for a drug screen for a new job and I was there for 2 hours. YES, 2 hours. Behind 4 people. I went in thinking 30 minutes at most and I was ready to "go" but an hour in I mention that I was needing to "go" and she basically tells me "well you have to wait because there are two people back there already". It literally took 5 minutes at most once I was back. I used to work for a doctors office and if a patient was there just for labs you got them back and out so there weren't a ton of people waiting in the waiting room. Whats worse is they keep their time "fast" by not putting you in the computer when you actually arrive. They had me fill out paperwork but when I went to the desk she just flipped over my chart and there were 3-4 charts on top of it. They aren't putting you in the computer when you arrive because that makes your wait time look long, which it really is. I mean come on people. I get if you have one doctor working and a couple nurses but if someone just needs to pee in a cup and sign a form, why are they needing to wait for two hours? When someone expects to just be using the bathroom while there, they usually come prepared to do so. Just ridiculous for something so simple.
