  • Went today, had a coupon from our hotel. They refused to accept it stating its not valid on holidays. NO WHERE on the coupon did it say excludes holidays. They said that's because it states as such all over their website. So we found a mcd's and went to their site. NOWHERE on their site does it say the coupon isn't valid today. I then called to speak with a manager. I was placed on hold and left there. 20 minutes later I gave up, and hung up. So here we are. Won't be returning any time soon, very disappointing.
