Salvation Army probably does not care about its donors and certainly my donations which
included very good merchandise. No thank you, no gratitude. Just Rudeness as other
posters mention. They take their donations for granted and act as if I am doing them a
big favor, not the reverse. They told me they would come 8-4 and called me an hour before--
fine because I had to drive 16 miles to the condo. The rude man would not take the sofa (okay) and
then says he will only take the boxes and stuff he was ordered to take, nothing more, even
though the truck had the space and he had the time in his schedule The scheduling service did not tell me that you cannot add boxes to the order after you mention them.. Then he will o
take as much as he can in ONE trip only. Ridiculous! He was in and out so fast, as if he
did not give a damn. You could be
donating rare antiques or diamonds from the queen of England and they don't care.
I wish I had read these reviews beforehand. I will not use their services.
