  • Worst store ever. My twin 6 year olds and I went in to pick a mattress. My son had maybe 1oz of a drink in a Wendys cup in his hand when he sat on a bed. DAVID PENROD actually came over grabbed my sons wrist with one hand and snatched the drink with the other. Telling my sone "let's put this on my desk so you don't spill it". He grabbed my sons wrist so hard he said "ouch" and rubbed it. I immediately came over and took his drink back, checked his wrist and told him how inappropriate that was. We left immediately as he chased after us telling us to come back. Mattress Firm should be ashamed having employees that harm little kids and snatch things from them. They are lucky I didn't call the police on their employee.
