  • Pure Air Service Arizona is a terrible company. They try to trick you into buying extra services that are not worth what they charge. They also damaged my ceiling and then tried to hide the damage. The man agreed to take a credit card, then said they do not accept American Express- he tried to intimidate me into going to the bank to get cash that I did not have Run fast from this company and do not do business with them. It appears that they also have gone under the name of Tacoma Air and Carpet cleaning. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well for shoddy service.
