  • We absolutely love Shannon. After several different grooms with Barkingham Palace, I can confidently say that we have found our permanent groomer. Previous groomers always seemed to impress in the beginning, but then, once you become more of a regular, they quit caring. Not here. I have not been disappointed. I don't feel I have to double check to make sure that they cut their nails or cleaned their ears (previous groomers always seemed to forget my retriever's ears). My German Shepherd doesn't come home with clumps of hair floating off her freshly bathed body (you know what I'm talking about). They do a wonderful job of actually brushing her to the point of minimal shedding. They come home perfect; clean, happy, and with a pretty homemade flower or bow. We also recently left our two with them for boarding while visiting family in Texas. These really are dog people. My dogs were happy and very well taken care of. They came home clean, and while they were happy to see us, they were not anxious. I would recommend Shannon and her crew to anyone looking for grooming services.
