rev:text	Beautiful shop, not at all the typical nail chop shop! Decor is refined with a beautiful chandelier. I was impressed with cleanliness of shop & nail stations. It was my first time coming here & I was referred by some of my younger co-workers. I've not had any luck with gel & previously gel would start peeling after a week so it was a waste of money for me. I was expressing my concerns to the cute receptionist & immediately Nina came over & provided an in depth consultation on what would be best for me. I got the deluxe pedicure with paraffin & was impressed that Nina took her time as opposed to rushing. I also appreciated the fact the technicians weren't yelling at each other in Vietnamese & making faces at my jacked up feet. This truly has been my experiences at other shops. I had the best pedicure ever & so needed this break! Due to the mellow vibe of shop I was able to relax & truly escape for a bit! Nina also did my gel French manicure to perfection. She is genuinely a talented & thorough technician & once again wasn't rushing to push me thru. I also observed their receptionist & was impressed with her excellent customer service skills & professionalism. It was nice to walk in & have an organized young lady checking people in & providing time frames for appointments as opposed to the technicians running around looking for cordless phone. I dropped a lot of money today for my services but I felt amazing when I walked out & I'm willing to pay for quality. This is definitely my new spot & I highly recommend Nina & Miki's nail shop!
