This office is certainly a five star place as far as I'm concerened. I did drop a star for wait time because it was well over an hour after we got out of there.
I admit that my experience with Pediatricians is limited to the one Ped I had as a kid and Papago Buttes Pediatrics. However, I had my first visit with the office over 11 years ago. I met with Dr. Canon when I was pregnant. Since then, I've had insurance changes, job losses, job gains, location changes and through all of it I have made the effort to keep them as our Dr because I truly feel they're that great.
I've dealt with all 3 docs in the office and haven't any complaints about any of them. I have had moments of being a young mother freaking out about silly things (I can't even begin to share the silliness at times) and Dr Canon has always helped and answered any questions or concerns no matter how silly and I always feel better about it.
Fortunately, my child is pretty healthy and we've only been in for pink eye and what I thought to be pneumonia (it wasn't blood, he had a Shirley Temple and a bit of a cold) in the past several years. However, at one of those visits the front desk person told me they had no medical records for the kid. To which I explained that was crazy since he's the only Dr we've ever visited and that we'd been visiting since 2004/2005. I mentioned this to Dr Canon who assured me that after EMR they've got the records and the staff must have been misinformed.
Anyhow, I would recommend the office to anyone. I am always bummed they only treat kids.
