  • The customer service is terrible. I drove 30 mins to get a brow wax at the brow bar. Called in ahead and made a reservation. I got there early and saw the lady was with another customer. I waited 20 mins past my reservation time before asking when I would be up. The brow lady said yes and then told me I shouldn't have been able to get one at that time because she wasn't even close to being done. She didn't apologize nor did she say anything to me for the 30 mins I sat there waiting even though she knew the situation. So unprofessional
