  • This salon is a cash-grab. I bought a groupon voucher for a haircut, treatment and style. Called to book an appointment but was told to text them with the details. I can't imagine why any business operator would be so lazy - but okay. The voucher included 40% off hair colour and the guy behind the register told me that because of the voucher, he would give me a good deal for a couple low lights. I asked for a quote and he said "$60-80". When I finished and went to pay, the bill was $145 (in addition to my Groupon voucher). WHAT?!?! I know I should have stood my ground but I ended up paying the amount and feeling like a sap just so I can get out of there. And to top it all off, they don't allow tipping through credit card payments - so they expect clients to settle up with their credit card and then go down to an ABM and withdraw cash for tipping. Ridiculous.
