I try to shop at this store as early in the day as I can because of the congestion inside the store and in the parking lot. Most of the times I am pleased with the food and the customer service, but today is an exception. Bought a large red onion, paid .90 for it, brought it home and sliced it. The onion was old and the inside was showing signs of decay. Half of the onion unusable. I called the store, talked to a man in produce, told him my experience. He seemed unfazed, his reply to me was "okay. " I told him he should let the supplier know the onions are not fresh. "Okay" he responded. No concern, no follow up, no apology. That onion will cost that store hundreds (thousands)of dollars in loss revenue. I will choose another grocery store from now on to purchase my food. Never had a problem with the Smith's in Summerlin or the Albertson's on Farm Rd. I took the time to give feedback to the produce department on N. Durango, and all I received was an "ok." DONE
