I was completely disappointed with my experience here. The stylist was rude and kept telling me she didn't have time to do my hair, even though I was the only client in the whole salon and I had an appointment scheduled more than a week in advance. After a quick shampoo and about 10 minutes of her holding a dryer over my hair and roughly combing her fingers through, I told her I was going to finish my hair at home. I was shocked to still be charged the $40 for sitting there for 20 minutes and walking out with damp, limp hair. After leaving, I called the Hayden location to see if they could squeeze me in. The experience there was far better than the way I was treated at High Street. I was told the owner's name at High Street was Beatriz and I was given an email for her. She never responded. I would like to give her the benefit of the doubt, but the owner at the Hayden location told me she was going to contact her as well. So, I can only assume she doesn't care any more about her business than her employees do. If you want to visit a blow dry bar, you are better off going to the Primp and Blow on Hayden (ask for Bri) or to a Drybar.
