rev:text	What kind of professional establishment hires workers that ignore you when you check in, yet as soon as two white women come in, apologize for the wait and offers to help to help them right away, then gives my wife a half-ass tour of the spa area...then when my wife complains to manager, Will Fuji, about the half-ass begrudgingly done reception, the employee, Taye, comes out with an attitude and says, "yeah that's me!"...with the manager in awe and saying, "I'm so embarrassed, I don't even know what to say to you."....lol, are your employees that brazen and feel like they're untouchable they can do whatever the hell they want and choose who they want to help with common courtesy??...Gee thanks for ruining my gesture and gift to my wife on our anniversary!!...guess we won't be thinking of ever coming back here, after leaving a bad taste to our mouths! No stars deserved-someone obviously needs a re-training session on discrimination and common courtesy!
