  • Lovely spot for brunch at Encore hotel. Ambiance is great, exactly what you want before heading to the pool. On Saturday, they had a Bloody Mary & Mimosa cart rolling around the restaurant, and it was fantastic!! Made to order, and the best Bloody Mary I've ever had! Service was hit or miss. On Saturday, we sat inside. It took a while to get coffee refilled and the food took a while to come out. On Sunday, we sat outside, and the waiter was fast and fantastic. The kitchen is where Jardin could use some improvement. I would skip anything with poached eggs unless you enjoy raw egg whites. On Saturday, I ordered the Eggs Benedict. Hardly any of the white was cooked. I'm not sure how they even got the egg to maintain it's shape on the plate. On Sunday, I ordered the lobster Benedict. I noted upfront the issue from the day before, and still one of the eggs again came out with raw whites! I'm not asking them to master rocket science, just to cook the whites of an egg...!
