  • Horrible customer service. Had to repeat everything I had to say to the idiot on the other line at least three times. He said I didn't have a reservation when I knew for a fact I did. I insisted he keep looking - lo and behold he finally found it. I scheduled a pickup time and they were 30 minutes late. When I called back the other idiot who answered kept calling me by the wrong name! Whoever the manager is of this location needs to get their sh*t together and hire competent people who can at the very least take a phone call from a customer. This kind of thing boggles my mind - how hard is your job?! Answer the phone, punch in a few things into the computer and print, smile, be nice. That's it. Last time I go here for car rental.
