  • Let me assure you the positive reviews are not being written by the residents of Southpark Morrison. The current owner, The Connor Group, bought the property from Bell Partners about 9 months ago, and the quality of the property has plummeted in that time. (I wrote a much different review in 2014.) The office staff do the best they can, but it's obvious the corporate office has slashed the maintenance and management budget here. The property is nasty dirty and any repairs are done on the cheap. It's sad, really, because the property itself and my apartment are lovely. I run into residents all the time who are frustrated with how bad the management is. I've actually heard there are some security concerns, although I haven't encountered any first hand. I hate that I'll be forced to move simply because the ownership/management group is so bad, but home is too important to me.
