  • This review is long overdue. Madison although small, has some of the most quality driven spots for a whole lot of everything. The Underground Butcher is no exception. To put it plain and simple everything in this place and about this place screams perfection. Hand selected and hand cut meats and accessories to accompany said meats is what the Butcher is all about. I've had the pleasure of coming here on multiple occasions and know they do it right. The service is spot on and you know you are getting your money's worth from this place. Quality is not sacrificed at the Underground. This is not the place to come and expect a full supermarket meat selection. They do however have selected cuts and meats that are as delectable as it gets. As they are a small specialty shop expect the unexpected and prepare to be wowed! Love this place!
